Healthy Routine

Every body wants to have a good health , fit body, disease free body, clear skin. if you really want to have a good health then ,for today's follow these tips for a better lifestyle. In morning, Drink  at least 2 glasses of lukewarm  water. Alway drinking water in sitting position , mostly people drink water in standing position  and very quickly. if you alway drink water in standing position  then you suffered from joint pain. So, stop it, and for today's let start it.


You also drink amla water in morning .Amla is an excellent source of vitamin c, antioxidants, hence it helps boosts your immunity , metabolism and prevents it from viral and bacterial disease like cough and cold .

Eat a apple daily in morning

EXERCISE AND YOGA

Always do warm up exercise , yoga in morning for at least 20-30 minutes. yoga strengthen your body , boosts your immunity, improve your flexibility, maintained balanced metabolism, improved your respiration , energy and vitality and a lots of benefits yoga provide to you. if you start your morning in doing yoga asans, exercise, and mediation also .

BALANCED DIET

Consume and take heavy breakfast in morning you make sure that your breakfast should have essential minerals ,vitamins, protein ,fibers that your body want so , for today, start consuming heavy breakfast your breakfast must contain fruits, pulses, egg, milk,sprouts,vegetable, juice also. try not to take fast food in morning breakfast because morning breakfast provide you more energy for the whole day , not to take tea in morning especially in empty stomach.

Cigarates and Alchol is very harmful to your body. if you consume alchol in excessive amount then it damage your liver ,cause cardiovascular disease,liver disease, excessive drinking weaken your heart and impacting the transport of oxygen consumption to vital organs of the body
